NAVIGATION INSTRUCTIONS

GOOGLE MAPS
1. Press and hold your finger on the link until it highlights.
2. With the link highlighted, touch the "Open" next to the Google Maps icon. This will properly open and start the Smart-guide. Watch this guide: https://youtu.be/2yx0pl0OhT4

3. Each time you arrive at a route checkpoint the navigator will announce, "You have arrived".
a. At this point a prompt will appear on the screen asking you if you wish to continue.
b. Touch 'Yes' to continue.

4. MULTIPLE LINKS: Some longer or more complicated routes have multiple tour links. Refer to your confirmation email for the list of links. If possible, the route is planned for the links to end where there is a convenient spot or rest stop so you can easily access your phone to upload the next link.

FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS
5. If there isn't an open stop at the top of the list then touch the three vertical dots at the top right on your screen to open the dropdown menu.
a. Touch 'Edit stops'.
b. Scroll down the list of stops to the bottom where you will see 'Add stop'.
c. Touch 'Add stop' to open the menu and choose 'Your location'.
d. Finger-drag 'Your location' to the top of the 'stops' list.
e. Touch 'Done'.
f. Make sure your navigation is in the mode you are using. The navigator lists options at the top of the map (car, bus, walking, bicycle).
g. Touch Start and the navigator will begin directing you via voice and map guidance.
6. You can repeat this process from anywhere that you are to get where you wish to be.

7. You may need to adjust your next stop by removing checkpoints along the route you have already passed.
a. If you pass a checkpoint you can remove that stop and continue to the next route stop.
b. Stops can be added to the route by following the Google Maps prompts.

8. GLITCHES: The voice may direct you to turn left or right at a junction, but the map shows straight - follow the map.
